The version notes, comments, and so forth are all basically the same as they were last time. Can I trust you guys to be able to read those? I'm going to.
Also, only a few days left to take advantage of the NSFW game bundle if you want. It's exceeded expectations:

thank you Sierra, What's your next step?
ReplyDeleteNext step on what, specifically? The next TLS version will cover a new event that launches the next plot section.
Deleteyes, about that, what will be about? the ivalan crystal?
ReplyDeleteYou'll have to find out!
DeleteYou will make Neranda cry boo, but give us a new gathering where we can win the phases and Simon can be recognized, not the first gathering where he was absent, pleeaase!!! and can be like hogwarts, where between phases you gain an amount of points, and the winner get the incubus sword, and the who has the less points, will die as an incubus king (wink wink lord of blood) Xd Imagination awaaay! hoorray!!
DeleteI highly doubt there will be another Gathering. This is the final chapter and we have a lot of god tier shit to deal with if this is going to make any sense by the end.
DeleteI dont think so, by seniority, Xerces is the next doing a Gathering, and we know a gathering is not for showing who has the best penis, but for investigating, the pleasure of beating them in the events, is more for the player and political stuff, and could be a great challenge to the final piece of the incubus trasure. The gathering if there will be another, and if i am correct (about seniroity) it will be for what the hell is Xerces, Xestris, what the hell he knows in a more deeper lvl in the tower, and if he is the kidnapper of Ivala, that I think he is because "if you go "up" you will find me".And its the perfect excuse to see a new country "Philon".
DeleteI only read the hints I see. like the "civil war" that gonna burst soon in various sides of.....
Just saying xd
Seems after the most recent game update, I gotta eat my words. I am surprised to say the least. Another Gathering? I mean, I guess I'm not exactly complaining, just curious at how all this will play out. Guess I'll leave my theories and predictions to myself as it seems I have little intuition for guessing Sierra's plans on the plot.
DeleteOh yeah baby,I got fame because of this hahaha xD
DeleteI have a question: i am the part when they meet the entity after the kidnapping. I will miss something for before that part with this update?
ReplyDeleteI don't think so, you are still deep in the story/ not near the end of the current content. You can just transfer your save (.rvdata2) on the new version and continue like if you always play on this version.
DeleteCaseus is correct. I try to keep past content stable, so you can just transfer your saves and continue playing.
DeleteAlright, could really use some hints for the puzzle fight in Aka's personal quest, because I am just getting curbstomped here.
ReplyDeleteEven with full defensive buffs, the sparks kill everyone that is not called Hilstara in just two hits. Even with three dedicated healers it's only a matter of time before someone eventually gets knocked out because they do more damage than you can possibly heal per turn, at which point the fight is effectively over. With the RNG nature of the AI's attacks, this might actually be on turn one, which is rather frustrating.
At the same time, I cannot find a single attack that is truly effective against the sparks, so trying to take them out ASAP is also not an option. It's obvious you're supposed to take down the middle one first, but even in my best attempt I only got it down to barely 50% before wiping.
So yeah. I am clearly missing something here, but I for the life of me can't figure it out... seems to be a pattern with the optional fights in these last few updates. I must be getting old.
Hint: Aka tells you they've found an enemy that she needs to stab the right way.
DeleteI mean, using every single one of Aka's skills is literally the first thing I did. It does jack all. Unless you're meant to rely on Deathblow... in which case I have to say that's very poor game design. Because in 30+ turns, I have only seen it trigger once. And then you inevitably end up in a place where she keeps getting one-shot despite Hilstara's taunt. So, yeah. Is that really it? Because if so, I'm just going to pretend this fight doesn't exist.
Delete(spoiler: this is the fight solution)
DeleteDeathblow only works on the left spark. The middle one can be debuffed, and the right one can be poisoned (the 'blight' name is the hint there).
It sounds like your frustration has more to do with dying too quickly to have any time to experiment. You mention healing and buffing, but are you trying to debuff them as much as possible?
DeleteKilling one of them immediately might be the largest difference, though. Its weakness to Deathblow is high enough that there's no possible RNG involved.
I had no problems and I won the fight on the first try, in a few rounds. The best combination is Aka + Uyae + Carina. Because Uyae is damager/healer hybrid, she is excellent for keeping you alive while having very decent melee DPS. There is also the possibility to take Vhala instead Uyae. Her abilities can significantly reduce the enemy damage, but if your Carina doesn't have a high lvl and very good equipment, you risk that her healing won't be enough.
DeleteGood lord.
DeleteI don't know whether it is because English isn't my first language, or whether I just had an immense blackout, but for the life of me I did not realize the link between the Sparks' names and their weaknesses. At all.
I feel like I owe you guys an apology, honestly.
Vhala is typically one of the first people I put in the party when I encounter a hard fight, but with only one of the sparks getting debuffed and my frustrations at the high incoming damage, I wrote it off as all of them being nearly immune to all debuffs, MegaTen-style.
Seriously, thank you. Seems like I need to start paying more attention from now on.
Equip Void Charm to Hilstara. Use Shieldwall. Profit.
DeleteSpoilers:
ReplyDeletedeathblow poison and debuff. their names even hints you what power you should use in each one.
After learning of the deathblow one i needed 3 tries because you need to outheal their damage
I realized one interesting fact :-)
ReplyDeleteAlthough Simon sometimes uses his sad smile, he NEVER laughed.
Siarra Lee: Laughter is the spice of life.
You should create at least one less serious situation where Simon can show that he is not some grumpy old man. Let the poor man have some fun for a change.
Robin is also a grumpy old man, so it's genetic. Nothing can be done.
DeleteQuick question, where does Hilstara's personal quest start?
ReplyDeleteI mean, I could go around to every single place and look for it but I could just ask, right? XD
Rebel Pass (the leftmost of the three passes in the Stineford region)
DeleteSlight problem, the guard in Feroholm starts a dialogue if church is split, but I'm trying to get to presumably the Redlight below the map.
ReplyDeleteAlso, more of a question, if you reach highest Annah score in Stinefold section shouldn't the guard let you through the into the church in free roam? Or is Annah still isn't OK with Simon? Is this intentional?
I hope the diverged church isn't forgotten, I know it's not the popular option. That's why I'm commenting for the first time. In either case, really love the game.
Ah, I forgot that he blocks off that path in two outcomes. Okay, I've moved the blocker to another location, hopefully without added bugs.
DeleteIn the divergent church option, Feroholm is independent and won't ever allow you inside. Otherwise, it's not tied to Annah, but to Ardford access.
Thank you for replying. I thought when the guard says "The High Priestess's word is now unchallenged law here! Be gone with you" the decision to not allow you near the church was by her decree.
DeleteOh, what I mean by inside is just outside the church, the garden area.
I just don't want to miss any side content with Annah. Weird as it is, I really like the opposition from her, but don't want to go full antagonistic.
Ah, I was thinking the interior guards! I'm still not going to allow access, but updating his dialogue if you made an agreement with Annah would feel more natural, so this is a good suggestion.
DeleteI totally get you with Annah. She's a Tsundere. Tsundere are cute ^^
DeleteOne suggestion if you are going to do another revision: Add some tip to how to start Hilstara's Quest.
ReplyDeleteMaybe She can tell you about the Redcloaks if you speak with her, or you could put a shiny icon on the Stineford map on Rebel's pass.
Because there was no indication or motive to revist that place and start this quest and I had to look it up :s
It is obscure, but talking with the barkeeper in the Tavern's Keep (the one with the basement and the rats) and asking about rumors will have him mention Rebel Pass had been occupied by disgraced mercenaries. This has been the case since the visit to investigate Stineford's church at the start of Chapter 5.
DeleteI really hope that in the future we will be able to make Patty a woman and she will join the harem :D
ReplyDeleteThe epilogue will actually be entirely about Patty. Pattilogue.
DeleteSo you want Simon to bang an ugly Orc?! I think he has better tastes than that.
DeleteI have a suggestion Sierra. If you used the shards on all the succubi, would it be possible to use the one in the Tower base instead of leaving it alone ? Only if he doesn't a critical importance later *cough, Esthera, cough*
ReplyDeleteHmm, interesting idea. Part of me wants to include it, but it would be a fair amount of additional event logic for relatively little gain. The party does have generic reasons to keep one to spare, after all.
DeleteIs Wendis considered a goddess now, and what powers will she wield besides crafting special weapons? Also, will we see a significant increase in Simon's power soon, as he absorbs other shards esp. the IE's large one? Thanks.
ReplyDeleteNo comment on Wendis, sorry. Simon won't be receiving a combat bonus soon, but fully absorbing the shards he's been working on would theoretically lead to a huge increase.
DeleteI'm having an issue with the Stineford section. I'm walking to Rebel's Pass, but Simon just says 'Our business is in Stineford' and the Hilstara event doesn't trigger. Am I missing something?
ReplyDeleteThe event itself will only be available on the next free roam session, after the Stineford section. You can only have it be hinted at during the Stineford section.
DeleteThiago is correct, but you've raised a good point: I'll add some extra dialogue if anyone is trying to access this from the hints.
DeleteSo the chibi Chosen art is absolutely hilarious, but I was also really concerned when I started the new save that it was going to be like this for all the new Chapter 1 scenes.
ReplyDeleteIt makes the bait and switch even better in one sense, but in another it makes me concerned that it's going to turn off new players who don't realize what's to come?
My worry exactly. I can tell you, if the Prologue had this art when I first played it, I wouldn't eb here today. I think most peoples would be fine with standard Hentai art.
DeleteI considered that, but there's also an opposite problem: people who stop playing the game because they think the prologue represents its actual tone. I think that anyone who tries the game will see screenshots of real scenes first, because they're always in the previews, so that will make it clearer that the prologue is satirical.
DeleteI am really curious now to eventually find out who the last Combat harem member is going to be, thought for sure it was going to be Wendis but was quite wrong about that.
ReplyDeleteFeels like the only one that would make sense at this stage of the game might be Ginasta, but I can't quite see her in the harem, if anything she seems more likely to be a non-harem ally like Vhala...
The one downside to playing games still in development, having to wait to find out the answers to these important questions :D
You'll actually find out the answer to that pretty soon! Or at least be able to guess it.
DeleteAll the more anticipation for the next update then :D It has been quite fun trying to guess at which characters will end up in the harem as the game has progressed :)
DeleteRandom question: were buttplugs always an Off Hand item (and. why)? For some reason I thought they were an accessory.
ReplyDeleteYeah, they've always been in that slot. Balance-wise, it's because of their impact on succubi. Lore-wise, imagine them being wielded!
DeleteSpeaking of that: will we get a better version of a buttplug soon? IMO they are starting to get pretty behind, considering how fast some succubi can build lust.
DeletePreserve SP is an overpowered ability, but the engine unfortunately prevents lesser versions of it. So it's an intentional design choice that keeping it will generally require sacrificing stats.
DeleteI started replaying the game from the beginning, and I've found a bug (and no clue how to reproduce it really, since it did work before for a single time).
ReplyDeleteIn chapter 1, the way I do the area in stineford is get Hilstara-->do the demon attack in the Thaumaturgical Academy.
After the attack I can get into the library, but when I checked it again after completing all available quests, I get the popup 'I dont sense anyone else in the library' from Robin, and won't let me get back in the library.
Hmm, that's potentially a problem, but also a bit difficult to entangle. Would you consider posting about it on the wiki so that people there can check it?
DeleteI just set up the first warp after all the nodes in that so-called Tower thing. Went to Janine... nothing. Nothing happened. Is this the end of the public release, or is something going wrong?
ReplyDeleteEach release will end with a message from me stating as much, generally in an empty green room. It sounds like you're well before the current content, so there may be a problem. Please report it on the wiki if you can't figure it out.
DeleteWeird thing I noticed: investing in the Stineford magic shop greys out the Sell button. Is that intentional?
ReplyDeleteAnother bug (sort of): In Withered Mountain, if you SLEEP the sluts and then move immediately up to talk to the orc up north in the fuckin' room, the middle orc boxes you in against orc/statue/wall/orc and doesn't move. He does move again eventually, but you have to wait a weirdly long time: at least a couple of minutes.
DeleteRegarding the shop, it's honestly been long enough that I'm not sure, but it may be intentional. You get a discount on the shop after you invest in it, which changes base price and could potentially shortchange the player when selling things.
DeleteThe orc is just bad luck with the NPC random movements. I'll make it so he can't go over to those rooms.
Got an odd one. Aka's Route, after doing Yarra's:
DeleteBought a 12,000g Greater Magic Necklace from the shop near House Rose, and it's in my Items selection under Armor, but it's missing from Equipment->Change, whether Robin, Altina or Aka. The regular Magic Necklace I bought in from the succubus village also isn't available, but I assumed I'd just left it on Yarra or something.
I'm hoping it'll pop in once the groups come together again, but that's a ways off.
Necklaces are a sexual accessory, so not all characters can wear them.
Delete... I'm a dummy
DeleteI think i found a bug:
ReplyDeletehttp://prntscr.com/sxgp1d
This is another, I think:
Deletehttp://prntscr.com/sxhlgs
The double Robins is due to party ordering, and I've decided not to worry about those in general. I'll fix the double Ignias, though, thanks!
DeleteIn BleBle's image "Underestimate" is spelled "Understimate"
DeleteMayhaps
DeleteHaha, are we doing meta-reports now?
DeleteTypo in Nalili's second scene, the tagteam one, at the end of the first paragraph.
ReplyDelete"Simon lay back and watched her as she began to suck his shaft [...] whether she was licking all over it or trying to figure out (how) best to bob her head.
Found and fixed, thanks! Just as a note, for reporting typos, it helps to be as specific as possible about which scene and text box it is, otherwise I have to hunt through quite a few.
DeleteNot exactly a typo, but this line scans weird:
DeleteTower Depths, in the scene after the NW boss, your horror pal has a line: "If I was actually a gaping vagina monster, maybe I could have actually masturbated during all this time." Maybe just remove 'during'? Maybe something like 'I could have been masturbating all this time'? I dunno.
I agree. Line modified, thanks!
DeleteTypo during the Erosian War, Erosian Temple part 2, after the thing gets broken and that T-Erosia switch got flipped. The black succubus at the bottom of the Temple map has a line that ends with 'But I didn't mean[t] to trouble you, Commander. We'll take care of it.'
DeleteDidn't catch the start of her line, sorry.
Usually getting the start of a line is important, but since you identified the NPC clearly, I got it fixed without trouble. Thanks!
DeleteSince the latest update was about Eustrin and childbearing, it got me thinking about how the rest of the harem would relate to it. I'm not expecting much more content on the matter, and even then it would have to be post-game content, but I decided to write down how I think each character would feel about becoming a mother:
ReplyDeleteAka - Probably disapprove. While we've seen Aka care for children before (the boy with the missing parents in the aftermath of the conquest of Yhilin), I feel she wouldn't want to have children herself, would conflict with her other interests.
Yarra - No idea. Early Yarra would definitely be into it, I think after she had found her ideal Incubus King she would want to start her own dynasty to which she could pass on her ideals of a succubus world and to serve her Incubus King throughout the ages. But both the circumnstances and Yarra herself changed a lot since the start of the game, so hard to say where she stands now.
Qum - Probably approve. I think Qum would love children. It just might not have clicked to her that she can have her own someday.
Hilstara: No idea. She is self-conscious about her age, the ability to bear children could be a part of that, but no clue.
Robin: Probably disapprove. While I think she could do well with children considering she does well with Qum, she has never shown any interest in the matter and would probably prefer to dedicate her time to her research. Even if she were to have some parenting feelings, I feel she would satisfy those by working as a teacher or a mentor.
Trin: Probably disapprove. While we don't really know much about Trin's past as a slave mage, no...just, no.
Megail: No idea. The abandonment she suffered as a child would probably influence her feelings on the matter, but she's already working those out by mentoring Min, not sure if she'd want anything more than that.
Janine: No idea. Being nobility, she probably already had to face such considerations on the matter of generating an heir. But I do not know how her loveless marriage may have influenced that aspect of her, and since she'd prefer to eventually forget her life as a ruler and live somewhere quiet with Simon, hard to get a read on how she'd feel about children.
Sarai - Probably disapprove. While I don't think Sarai has anything against children, beyond maybe having to restrain her sailor mouth, she knew this was a concession she would have to make when she took up the cloth of a high-priestess, so I think she is okay with not having children.
Carina - No idea. While she had to make similar considerations to Sarai, Carina didn't seem to have a problem with one day becoming a lay priestess, and she is great with children. So I think she hoping to be a mom would still be a bit more likely than Sarai.
Varia - Probably disapprove. For similar reasons to Aka. Maybe reformed Varia could develop an interest eventually, but definitely not until that "destiny" stuff is sorted out.
Altina - No idea. Early Altina might have been up to it, partially due to being "just a silly girl", partially from the elf breeder fetish. Don't know if Saner Altina would want to be a mom, but also don't see any reasons it would be particularly unlikely.
Nalili - No idea. While she is royalty, her mom is an immortal empress, so the notion of making heirs might not have been relevant for her. I think she might have interesting thoughts since for most of her life she was the mortal child of an immortal. Don't think she has a formed personal opinion on the subject of being a mom though.
Dari - No idea. Very little to go from here, could maybe mean something to her as not being able to have children would be something that had been taken from her and she has now reclaimed, but no idea.
Balia - Probably disapprove. Having children would very likely not be something even remotely interesting to her.
Lynine - Probably approve. I think she'd be good a mother, add the elf breeder kink and her position as an elder, and I think it is likely she'd want to have children.
DeleteOrilise - Probably disapprove. Don't think it would be one of her interests nor something she'd feel compelled to.
Uyae - Probably approve. While she was deeply hurt by the sexist injustices, she doesn't seem to have an aversion to her Zirantian culture, in which childbearing is considered something very important. While she could have changed her mind, I think wanting children would still be something ingrained in her.
Riala - Probably disapprove. Given her long life, seeing how she hasn't had children for all that time probably means it is not one of her interests.
Iris - No idea. While, given her age, it could be a fair assumption to say she doesn't want children since she hasn't had any yet, considering she spent most of her life constantly putting out fires for the Incubus Emperor, it could also be that she just never felt she could take the time to be a mother under such circumnstances, but still be something she'd be interested in.
Wynn - Probably disapprove. While she has been softening up on her views regarding other people, unless her next fields of study involve behaviorism and pedagogy, she's probably not willing to have children she could potentially dislike.
Fheliel - Probably approve. While I can't say much about how well she'd do with a child, she is competent and comfortable with her position as a ruler and royalty, so she probably doesn't have much issue with the responsability of bearing an heir.
Wendis - Disapproves. She already made her opinion clear so not really any point guessing about it.
Tertia - No idea. Who's to say she hasn't already had many children, some already lost to history and the gaps in her memory.
While not in the harem yet, those are basically a lock already.
Elleani - Probably disapprove. She doesn't appreciate the pressure being put on her to have children for the sake of New Givini, she hasn't said it is something she'd never be interested in, but it is not in her interests now, and probably not for the foreseeable future.
Esthera - Probably disapprove. Given she already had many children she has already outlived, and despite her weariness and past regrets, she still for some reason decided to have Nalili. She knows she hasn't been the best mom and she probably won't want to have children again anytime soon, if ever, but I think her feelings on the matter would probably be the most interesting ones for Simon.
I think that should be everyone, this puts the total count on 4 women who might want to have children, 10 to which I do not feel capable of guessing one way or another, and 12 that probably don't want children. Of course this is just my opinion, curious to see how things will pan out in the future.
I appreciate you giving your thoughts!
DeleteI think they won't have children's, even given the chance. I mean they are/will be immortals while their children's will not. Would be too sad and painful.
DeleteHmmm... maybe? It is not like the goal was ever to remove death as a concept for the whole world. Being immortals, Simon and the harem will still have to learn to deal with the death of their friends and any other loved ones they may come to find in the future, after we run out of immortality stones. An inability to cope with that would lead to Simon and the harem to isolate themselves and keep the rest of the world at arm's length, unable to appreciate the companionship of mortals over the fear of their eventual passing. A rather grim prospect.
DeleteI know we see the death of a child as the greater tragedy, but I wonder how much of that is a consequence of our own mortality. It ends up feeling more painful than the death of a parent or the death of a sibling because it comes as a breach of what we consider "natural", but should the circumstances change, shouldn't our perspective follow suit?
I think the decision to have children is a more difficult one given parental immortality, but not an impossible one, and I don't really see it as an immoral one either. It is a bit awfully utilitarian, but while it would suck that Simon and the mother would have to inevitably suffer the loss of their child, that child would never have to suffer the loss of a parent.
At its core, I think the issue is if one can see the creation of new life as more than just a coping mechanism we use to confront our own mortality. For a weary soul like Esthera's, a mortal life might seen like a futile exercise and a meaningless enterprise for one who no longer fears death, but in a brighter world, for a more optimistic soul, couldn't a mortal life still be something worth creating, nurturing, beholding, and celebrating?
I will be a bit dissapointed if the harem, for all its diversity, universally agrees they will never want children. It will feel a bit like side-stepping the repercussions of challenging the natural order of things.
Immortality is a tough cookie as a theme, but I believe it can still be portrayed as a positive thing, on the whole. Really hope we get to have it discussed a bit more in future updates, feels like we haven't really had a big one since the ones with Esthera and the one with Yarra when Simon discussed her age, even now that it is all but assured it feels a lot of the characters are kind of just going along with it without sharing their thoughts on it.
I appreciate all the thoughts on immortality and children, it's just very similar to a big post I did on the subject... that's patron-only, I'm afraid. Rest assured that you will see this subject come up more in the future within the game.
DeleteA Fan Theory that I can't get out of my head: The Chosen are all men who have been implanted with a sliver of a divine shard (which makes them predictably crazy--wrong gender compatibility). That sliver is represented by the shining swords you find left and right.
ReplyDeleteMaybe find enough shining swords to make another divine shard? Who knows! (The Shadow knows!)
Nice theory but I dont think so.
DeleteThe second Chosen you guide in the game, doesnt have a shining sword and he is still and idiot.
My theory is more a like a failed mass prototype soldier that "someone" created because "reasons" and the shining swords were the truly weapons used long time ago against "true enemies" that in actual times copied and produced.
Ginasta on the other hand is truly the "advanced prototype" or "the prototype they were looking for" and because of that Ginasta is pissed as fuck.
Pawns of the balance, one with self-conscious and the others.... XD
Hmm. Maybe the gender and divine shard-sliver theory still holds true. Since "Divine" in shard form is meant for women, the men (Chosen) who are implanted with it don't take to it well. It takes an existing man, transforms them, and leaves them as blathering (if semi-powerful) idiots.
DeleteGinasta, being female, is a much more successful form of this.
Your Shining Sword theory definitely holds more water than mine.
Though if she is a 'function of the Tower', I wonder how much sentience the Tower as a whole has it.
I can tell you more details i found about my theory, small details but interesting if you like, just I dont want to make you bored xd
DeleteOh no. You're not getting out of an interesting conversation *that* easily. Share!
DeleteHaha ok then. This gonna be long but there we go:
DeleteIn my theory of being prototypes Sierra Lee made clear that they are like a Coin being opposites of each other and every time that Ginasta appears where you must interact a Chosen or something related to Chosen is involved. Here is all the examples:
-The first time Ginasta enters in scene(in the Gathering) survives, and kill an incubus King, like a hero knowing his limitations and getting small victories.
Surprisingly there is an extra boss called: "The fallen Chosen" and his locations is far away like being forgotten, killed and erased from anything like a loser.
(By the way is interesting enough that in this time The lustlord knows about the Chosen and investigated about them, his limitations, his weapons and his "nature")
-The second time is in Ardford, two Chosen again just wanting to being Chosen, one dies. Ginasta appears trying to convince the embassadors, she doesnt get far, but we can understand more of her personality and intelligence in the conversation. If the summit goes perfect you can get a "Shining sword".
-The third time is after yhilin war, again you find Ginasta and we can know that "She cant be fooled, she is tough, she survives, you dont get a shining sword for defeating her and you are most interested in understand each other"At the same time there is an "extra boss" where a Chosen is involved."He is a fool, dont care about you, is extremely easy, get a shining sword after defeated, he died, forgotten and you dont really care.
Later you can talk with Ginasta, and you can know she understand what you do,she is flexible, she is self-conscious, but she doesnt accept your nature, but she accepts the good you can do even going further as dont want to destroy what good you can do.Extremely opposite of the Chosen, they just want to fuck, kill and be "awesome" an idiot basically.
-I will call thios the fourth and five time, even if she is in your cell in Yhilin. I want to focus in one thing about this, and its when you get a "Chosen" on the other cell. This time for me makes more evidence that Sierra Lee wnated to show us that they are like a "Coin" Opposite of each other far away of power, personality, but at the same time very close, like being tied,Ginasta asks for a transfer cell, Simon asks "why" and Sierra Lee doesnt transfer her, like doing it intentionally saying between lines what I told you early. Then she escapes with a burst of power surviving again, and the Chosen "dies".By the way "LAAAAME!"
-The six time is in the Third Arclent war, surprise, surprise Chosen and Ginasta works together,Chosen wants to rape Succubus, showing his personality is more like a tyrant, Ginasta defends the sucubbus, even to threat the life of the Chosen.
She knows even a deeper knowledge of war, like an experimented leader and fighter saying "The war is not excuse to make more suffer".
And even with the fight of Incubus Emperor we see the relationship of being a Coin Ginasta(restraining her power, stands down, accepts she is not rival of Incubus Emperor, succeds injuring him, survives) Chosen(uses his full power, stands up, he is so full of himself, doesnt get a chance, dies)Interesting enough you can get a shining sword too XD.
-Seven time: Erosian crisis, Ginasta again appears in Zirantia Tower, and in Aram Tower appears a chosen fighting the fucklord.Oh the destiny! You can get a shining sword too.
Delete-The last time(for now) Erosian war: Ginasta went berserk and his way ends in Ghenalon, a Rodak Elite with a shining sword(that you can get on spoils) appears, first time we see another enemy not being a Chosen that uses a shining sword, showing that the Lustlord did some research combining natures of Chosen an Orcs(Can be some type of Fusion, who knows?)
And one last thing: The "berserk" form of Ginasta is more like an evolved version, more stronger, but she is brainwashed and goes bad(even she tries to control herself but cannot do it).
In chapter five stineford edition at the final decisions, an "evolved" Chosen appears trying to kill Anna.Coincidence?
With all that I give you its too muchto being coincidences.
For all of that I think Ginasta is a side of the coin where she has a personality of what is suppossed to be a "Chosen of Ivala" a "heroine" strong, smart, unique, protector, and trying do a world better, with divine energy that flows like dammn boi!! self-conscious and she doesnt die, she is estable.
And when she knows the truth she want revenge to the Goddeses. She have an evolved version that goes berserk. She doesnt uses shining swords.
On the other side of the coin we have the Chosen, weak, small divine energy, unstable that can die in some time, idiot, wnat to fuck, not protect, but he is loyal to Ivala, want to destroy tyrants for pussy.
They are clones like a failed prototype soldier going in mass production. They uses shining swords. They have evolved version with self-conscious.
And thats all boi, hope you enjoy!!!
Damn this was long.
Sierra Lee gonna block me, for sure!!
DeleteHeh heh. The downside to the idea of Chosen being 'clones' is two-fold. One, at least one has a clear 'pre-chosen' past. Upon becoming Chosen, he is transformed, and when giving up his Chosen powers, he changes again (mostly just hair color). SL has also hinted that Ginasta is not a construct, but a flesh and blood girl who has been given power.
DeleteAll this leads me to believe that both the Chosen and Ginasta have been implanted with Divine Power, but not enough to be a full 'Shard'. With all of the men's divine aspect being concentrated into 'power', all that's left of their being is 'Lust', and thus... Idiot. [my theory as to why they're so bad]. Again, this has to do with Divine's compatibility for women, and not men.
Ginasta is probably, as you say, a 'perfect Chosen'.
But it appears that the new Chosen are being 'rushed out', with incomplete processes or programming. Just grab a male, shove divine power inside him, and then throw him out into the world with a single purpose or mission--where they promptly self-destruct. It's sloppy, very sloppy. Like whoever is producing them is badly rushed for some reason.
True, we have Kalant that SL have things to explain, so we will see.On other things the "someone" who uses them i have a theory too, but its long.
DeleteAbout Ginasta,
What she is? We dont know...She appears as female mammal like Sabitha, but what more? Maybe daughter of some Goddess? That would explain a lot of things: The compability of power, energy, and even why her is a gear of the tower, A goddess child manipulated in the tower, to being a "perfect" being. And I would be pissed as fuck too.
One thing I am curious too about her, is her endurance of resisting sex, a divine shard, even the energy makes women crawl for sex,we saw it on succubus, we "know it" about Mithyn, even from "The mother" when she is red on the fucklord confrontation. The only goddess we know she is "indifferent" is Tertia. So questions:
-¿Do not Tertia and Ginasta embrace the nature of divine energy(and shards)?
-¿Evolved form of divine energy and shards?
-¿Maybe the tower has something to do with that?Esthera made something impossible in a nature form.
And Simon with willpower didnt embrace the shard power, and is growing to an "evolved" form.
Foolish mammals trying to comprehen what is beyond them!
