TLS 0.72.0 Released!

New update for supporters on Patreon or SubscribeStarVersion history updated, you know what to do, etc.


TLS 0.72.0

- New harem quest beginning in Ari-Yhilina: Merchant District.

- New harem quest beginning in Ari-Yhilina: Order of Thaumaturgy.

- New Orcent quest beginning in the Bloody Spire.

- Two new unique items can be created at the Nostalgic Home, if certain requirements are met.

- UI fixes from the previous new script.

- One new sex scene.

- Three new illustrated scenes: Special Surprise, Aka + Yarra, Megail + Qum


Whew, super tired, so I don't have a ton to say about this one. I managed to finish every single harem quest this year, but not quite all the endgame content. Hope people have fun with it. ^-^

  2. Hello, hello. I'll get right to the point, I have two questions.
    First: I have been translating your game for some time and now I decided to find out how you feel about this, because there are developers who are against translations. Don't you mind that your games are being translated? [It won't affect my decision, but I'm interested :)]
    Second: I don't know how in this version, but in the previous ones, some of the maps (among the first ones) have displayed names that don't appear in later maps. It was done on purpose or just in the process of work, you refused it. If the former, then maybe they should just be removed?

    1. I do remember that Arclent map was changed after we won the Third Arclentian War, but I'm not sure if other locations were changed.

    2. Several of my games have been translated without anyone asking and it doesn't really bother me. Maybe it will bring some new players to my work.

      I don't know what you're talking about here. Which names specifically?

    3. The name is in the corner of the screen when entering the location. In the editor, it appears as a display name in the map properties.

    4. Oh, I see. Display names are turned off and on at various points in the game (on the system level). Yours may have been turned off at some point and not been turned back on.

  3. Haha!!!! We finished all the harem quests!!! And Orcent too!!!! (Honestly, at this point, he's as much part of the harem than everyone ^^)

    Now, since his box on the roadmap is validated, that means that Vhala will give us a quest too ^^ So we only need to explore the Wilds for the last bar conversation, and we're good to tackle the endgame !!!!

  4. I notice that there is random stuttering when moving around. Would you mind taking a look at the setting described in the Reddit link?

    Short version: Try increasing the GC_MAX_CHECK_COUNT value in pixi.js (from 600 to 12000).

    1. I guess the above fix is for RPG Maker MV /MZ and PixiJS Games but I think TLS is made in VX Ace. The jitter/stutter seems to happen randomly when entering a new room and remains until going to another room. Most of the time, just exiting the room and re-entering fixes it.

    2. Yeah, I'm afraid I can't implement an MV solution for TLS. To be honest, I haven't noticed the stuttering myself, so I'm not in a position to change much. However, TLS has quite a few scriptlets and other tweaks that fix problems in the engine, so if you find a solution for VX Ace, I'd be happy to implement it!

    3. I'm also noticing is that it's only a problem in windowed mode. I just started using Magpie's "Pixel Art/SharpBilinear" filter as an alternative scale because the built-in fullscreen option vaselines your beautiful pixels. And, thank you for replying btw. I'll let you know if I come up with something.

    4. I just found the README.txt and see you're using Fullscreen++. The F5 and F6 keys are way better. d'oh!

  5. Stuttering is still an issue, even with the F5 fullscreen method. I've since noticed it is influenced the same way as passing between rooms by opening the in-game menu; if stuttering happens, I can open the menu once or twice to resolve it temporarilly.
