As mentioned last post, this isn't a full content update, but it finally takes care of some long-standing bugs. With a game as large and complex as TLS, sometimes maintenance can be delayed in favor of new content, but I do my best to keep a polished experience. With this, no players will be tripped up by some of these frustrating bugs.

There's also a bunch of new art for everyone, nearly finishing the current phase of the art plans. I'm juggling a lot right now, but the plan is to keep the TLS train moving forward!

  2. Thanks for your hard work, fixing the party bug has been a blessing and let me pick back up my most recent (and best save so far)

  3. As always, thanks for your great work!
Em... "nearly finishing the current phase of the art plans"... How many scenes already exist and does this mean that not all are planned?

    1. The current number? Somewhere in the 100+ range. But the current phase is doing the second affection scene for every character (to increase overall diversity) - once it finishes, the next phase will be doing every scene in chapter three in chronological order.

    2. Wow! Then it's time for third playthrough, since now there are illustrated scenes with many beloved heroines (Robin! Orilise! Balia! Wendis! Mythin!!!)

  4. Hi, I may or may not have a bug since I'm not sure if this was intended or not.

During the Erosian Prelude, once you get to the Tak'kan Tower part, there are six groups of roaming monsters. If you don't kill those monsters, they remain even after the Erosian Prelude is completed.

The same happens (kind of) with the Zirantia and Aram tower portions. The one that is not targeted by spells becomes 'lost' and those mobs disappear to be replaced by Erosian mobs. However the tower region that did get targeted by spells, the roaming tower mobs do not disappear and can be cleared after the Erosian Prelude as well.

The above two may or may not be intended features of the tower mobs, but what I noticed that if Aram is 'lost' then some Erosian mobs remain as well if not killed. The static Erosian in the middle of the map (which gets replaced by Reality Leech if Aram isn't lost) and the two roaming Erosian mobs in the top part of the Aram Tower can be killed after the Erosian Prelude as well if you didn't during the Prelude.

    1. Hmm. It's been a long time since I created that section, but that doesn't seem like it's necessarily a problem. Unless the Erosians are too out of place, plot-wise? It'd be a bit rough for me to go back and review this whole section, so I'll just make a note of it for now.

  5. Hello, I'd like to ask about some personal quests. Excuse me, if this was already answered somewhere, I didn't found it.

Firstly, Hilstara's request. In it Hilstara fights Ivastan herself, but what if she was permanently injured in the Third Arclent War? And how this injury influence the pacing of events overall (especially late in the story), aside from not having her in the party.

Secondly, Altina and Varia. They have two variants both, so does that mean each variant will have a unique quest?

Thirdly, Sarai as possibly missing member of harem. As I understand, since some girls can be missed or not taken (Altina, Janine, Neranda, Fheliel, Elleani) their harem quests won't be initiated. But what about Sarai upholding old purity standards for herself at Gawnfall? Does it mean her quest won't be initiated as well or there would be another quest which would count as harem quest and/or induction to harem quest?

    1. If Hilstara was permanently injured, she has different dialogue reflecting her condition at various points during the game. This includes in her personal quest.

Altina and Varia will have different versions of their quests, not entirely different ones.

Sarai will get a quest, and there's nothing stopping non-harem characters like Orcent from getting one.

    2. Hilstara has different dialogue, but still fight Ivastan? Or fight skipped?

If non-harem chars will have quests, does it mean that even when a girl isn't in the harem (Altina in ghetto or Elleani, if Warden of the South was skipped) will still initiate their quests and the difference will be only in some dialogues?

    3. Injured Hilstara can't fight solo, so it doesn't happen that way.

If a player hasn't engaged with a character, then no, they won't get a final quest. Since Elleani has a whole quest to recruit her, that counts as hers. Altina in the elven ghetto won't do anything in particular.

    4. I see. Thank you for the answers.

  6. Hey there!

    # minor spoilers alert #

I have a suggestion to make:
When you talk to Palina after the current Incubus War segment she might have a special dialogue depending of your actions to send Sabitha to her or not during the war. However, if you did send Sabitha, she won't have a special dialogue and act like nothing happened, only having a generic message about traveling to Eustrin.

It would be interesting if she has a different conversation with Simon, maybe thanking the members of the harem who decided to save her, or providing some help/itens/changing variables/other benefits.

As it is now you don't really gain much from saving her (aside from some peace of mind knowing a character wasn't raped).

    1. Being able to make this choice was not part of the intended plan for the game and I included the option only because I knew some players would find the event too distasteful. It will never receive extra content beyond what's necessary to make the path coherent.

    2. So we won't be able to have at the very least a one time dialog to thank us? Oh well, I'm still glad to have saved her, it just break the immersion a little that she doesn't seem shaken at all.

    3. I see... Personally I'll always opt-out for anything rape-related, in games or otherwise (turning off the news for example), but I understand that you'd design this part of the game like this. Just sorta feels like we don't have any development for her part in this whole episode while personally I liked her design and appearances so far. + the immersion part the other commenter said.

  7. I've been away from the game for a while so I've got a question: will companion quests completed before Incubus War count towards Simon's recovery? As far as I recall, Hilstara's, Aka's and Iris requests could be completed before the War, after all.

    1. They should count, but for less. There will be more than enough points overall for Simon's recovery, once this endgame stage is complete.

  8. Question... Can anyone provide the actual game files? Because those .exe Downloads are useless on mobile...

    1. I can't guarantee that the game will work at all on mobile, but if you're going to experiment with this, I suggest you communicate with other players on the forum or Discord.

    2. RPG maker games work just fine with the joiplay app, I already played a few. Problem is just that I need the actual game files packed into zip or rar folders because I can't use the exe files to install the game

  9. Hey, I ran into a minor bug while replaying the game and figured I might as well drop it here in case you weren't aware. During the chapter 2 Gathering(I'm led to believe there's another, I haven't played for a while), the runestone-looking things in Rodak don't seem to have collision.
