Version 0.11.0
 - Completed Megail's route.
 - Two new plot sex scenes.
 - Some edits and new systems (see notes).
Version 0.11.1
 - Cleared up several bugs that led to potential dead ends.
 - The usual polishing, graphical bugs, and typos.

BUG NOTICE: I accidentally left a testing feature in the route splitting area (it looks like Aka). If you talk to her, you'll leap mid-chapter, which will definitely screw things up. So just ignore it until I put out a version with this removed and it will be fine.
EDIT: Newest version has it removed, no other changes.

Many thanks to my backers, who caught some bugs that could have been annoyances. There may be a non-bug issue or two (for example, bounties aren't in the quest log), but since this one is stable and I'm stretched thin, I'll try to resolve those with the next version.

I'm going to focus on finishing the Noxus Nights update and getting properly moved in, then I'll get started on the next route. The vote was pretty strongly for Aka next, so you'll get to see Aka and the mages explore more of Ari-Yhilina next time. ^-^

Moved!

 Hello, all! Wanted to reassure people that I didn’t die on my flight or anything. I’ll try to get to your messages and emails soon.

Jetlag has hit me pretty hard and the internet connection will be unreliable until I get a real router (stupid proprietary ISP thing). Under normal circumstances, I’d want to take a week off to recover and reorganize. But given the present situation, I don’t think that’s a good option. I’d really rather not delay a 0.11.1 that just needs a few fixes, and I don’t want any delays with Hreinn Games since we’ve only just begun to prove ourselves.

So here’s what’s going to happen. TLS 0.11.1 will come out tomorrow, or at least I hope it will. I’ve been awake a lot, often working since my body has decided not to sleep. Then a week after that, Noxus Nights 0.2.0 will come out (more on that over at Hreinn Games).

Once those are done, hopefully my circadian rhythm will be fixed enough that I can iron out my sleep cycle, get fully situated in my new apartment, etc. There may be a delay of a week or so before I start work on Aka’s route. I’m not sure how long this one will take but I’ll keep you informed. Then hopefully once it’s finished I can return to the normal schedule from here on.

Version 0.11.0 Release

New update for patrons, but also see notes relevant to everyone at the end of this post. Version history updated, you know what to do, etc.

Version 0.11.0
 - Completed Megail's route.
 - Two new plot sex scenes.
 - Some edits and new systems (see notes).

There's a lot to do in this update, and I'm pretty happy with it, but I don't know how the sidequests will feel. I didn't want to hit players with a lot of extraneous information for minor parts of the game, but I worry that the goals may feel unclear. On the other hand, I also worry it's too easy to sweep the whole set. Let me know, anyway, and I may tweak this in the future.

This would be a good update to keep multiple saves. Nothing important is missable, but some of the sidequests are. The investments also don't make themselves all obvious at the beginning, but they're not available the entire time. This is the feel I want, story-wise, but if you're looking to optimize, save away.

I implemented a new AI system this version (many thanks to Lone Wolf). Hopefully it will make some of these fights interesting in a way you haven't seen before. There's an optional fight I intended to be rough, but I don't know how it will feel when you're going in blind. My hint: enemies that look similar do not have the same strengths and resistances.

Nothing has changed, gameplay-wise, but a previous scene has been expanded. Simon and Carina have a longer conversation now before her first scene, so if you're into characters/lore, you may want to hop back to a previous save. Nothing critical, though.

Unrelated to the game, I have only a few days of work before my job ends. I'll be clearing out a ton of business, packing, cleaning my apartment, and otherwise prepping to leave the country and move. Due to this, I cannot say with complete certainty when I'll be able to do the 0.11.1 public release, or when I can begin work on the next section.


I don't anticipate substantial delays, but I hope getting this update out before I go is a good will offering.

Version 0.10.0 Release

Here we go, new update. Version history is updated, notes below, etc.

Version 0.10.0 [7/18/15]
 - New section of the game.
 - Two new plot sex scenes.
 - Three new affection sex scenes.

I have mixed feelings about this update. The plot developments turned out
just how I'd hoped, and I'm very happy with the character stuff in this
section, but not so sure about the combat balance. Some areas are fine, but one
is... more complicated. Let me explain.

I had an idea for a new mechanic would have been a really fun change of
pace, but the script I was trying to use failed me. I put some serious effort
into figuring it out with no success - this could be really time-consuming in
the end. Since literally everything else was completely ready, I decided to
redesign the dungeon around a different mechanic. Delaying the release for one
niggling problem wouldn't have felt right. I hope to fix the mechanic later,
but meanwhile let me know about the dungeon in this update since it didn't have
as much time for playtesting as the others.

In addition to that, there's a big battle sequence at the end that's
different than anything that's come before. I went back and forth about how
best to balance it, because I wanted to create the right feeling for the
section while providing a fun challenge of a slightly different sort. Not sure
if I struck the right balance or not, so let me know all your thoughts.

Once you've finished the update... you'll know that there's going to be a
poll for the $10 patrons. I won't put it up right away, let more people finish
the update first. I can't start work immediately, anyway, due to bug reports
and other business I have to take care of.
